Iowa Publications Online can help you dig deep into all things Iowa.
Webb Shadle Public Library has started cataloging, categorizing, and making better available the large donations of local history we’ve received through the years. In addition to the research materials available in our archives room, like Pleasantville High yearbooks and local land plats, our librarians are working on making sense of the many photos and newspapers clippings in our collection. If you are interested in Pleasantville (and surrounding communities) history, our library is a great place to start. Just use the contact form to send us an email. If we don’t know the answer, we’ll help you find who may.
