Buddy the Elf is hiding - the trees are down but he is still smiling. Christmas is coming and he is looking forward to reading a jolly new story. You too can find your next holiday book, visit the Webb Shadle Public Library, and stock up for the holiday season.

Today is the last day for our annual Toy Drive for Crossroads of Pella. Please help us make this Christmas merry and bright for children in Marion County this holiday season. Drop off your new unwrapped toy today.

A huge thank you goes out to Pleasantville's very own elementary art teacher, Mrs. Ashley Robinson. She is the creative force behind this incredible art exhibit! We appreciate all that you do to inspire children to explore art and reading. Our community is truly blessed to have you—thank you!

The library has been a bustling place over the last few days. We were honored to host the Pleasantville Elementary students for a very special Storytime that featured a heartwarming Christmas story.
